funny you should say that....

i 100% love THEY LOVE EACH OTHER from this year, and i 100 % SKIP TLEO from the post hiatus years.

when people say they like the latter.... i say, WTF dude, that WAS a great, fun, upbeat, makes me giddy JAM, and then they turned it into a JGB number..... tsk, tsk, tsk........

(no knock on jgb, nowhatimsayin....?)

Yup I agree. TLEO in 73 is great. TLEO >= 75 sucks. Funny they only played it once in 74, then not again. Maybe Jerry was fiddling around with the song in that year.

Another of my favorites is "Wave That Flag" -- I love the freeformness of the words, seems like Jerry is just making up random stuff as he goes.

all of jglynns are top notch. Here's a few I'd add for 73

11-14-73
6-10-73
7-27-73
6-22-73

74 - one of my favorite years

6-16-74 - awesome
5-19-74 - best China>Rider ever

6/26 and 28 - DP whatever number, one of the best DP's imo

Feb 74 Winterland

77 - way too many to mention. May might be obvious but that's because it's deserved.

78 - UI'm not as high on 78 as some but April has some damn good shows and the Oct Winterland run is a must have

You both forgot this one!

The second set is easily among the very best of 1973, and this Hamilton Sbd is perfect...

good show. little tunes Peggy O and Jack Straw are above average. China Cat > Rider pretty good. love the Bertha > GSET. Dark Star is below average, but the Eyes is good, and the Wharf Rat is very good. a few cuts here and there.

unless this source doesn't have the cuts I think it does, I wouldn't get too excited.
